At A. Gallo Colors, we want you to be fully inspired by your handmade watercolors; if you are not satisfied, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the artisanal nature of our paints, products must be in their original packaging and pristine condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our studio support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unused watercolors and supplies in their original gift boxes and protective wrapping to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Studio

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send your parcel back to our workshop in Assisi, Italy.

• 4.
  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
